    About the Principal

     

    Christine Kramer founded Kramer Management Group in 1989 with the purpose of providing customized, expert guidance to clients in many different industries. Prior to starting her consulting business, she was a member of Corporate Human Resources at Honeywell Information Systems, Digital Equipment Corporation, U.S. Specialty Retailing, Time Inc., CBS and Meritor Savings Bank. She has spent all of her professional life working with companies to value the differences between employees and utilize them as a way of improving innovation in the workplace. She has also ensured that the legal requirements in Human Resources are achieved in ways that improve the culture and environment without overly encumbering management or the organization. She is viewed as an expert in equal employment opportunity and affirmative action. She has testified before the U.S. House of Representatives on pending legislation and is viewed by her clients as an expert in merging the divergent interests of federal and state law with the realities of running a business. As projects are sold, Ms. Kramer calls upon a cadre of highly skilled consultants to assist her. Included in this group is the former COO of a Fortune 10 company, an expert in Organizational Development, and others with Human Resource specialty experience.
